David Eaton has been teaching in the construction sector for more than twenty years, having started his career as a joiner and carpenter. Since 2017, David has moved into technical training, working with internal and external staff to raise standards in construction.
Jo Wooding is Head of Technical Training and is a Chartered Building Surveyor with RICS and CABE. Jo has 30 years’ experience in the industry in various building control and warranty surveying roles. Jo’s passion for helping surveyors and clients be the best they possibly can be led her to join Premier Guarantee in 2018 as a Training Development Manager. She progressed into the role of Head of Training in 2020 since when Premier Guarantee’s training program has expanded.
